TEAM BUILDING

"If everyone is moving forward together,

then success takes care of itself."

Henry Ford

"Never tell people how to do things.

Tell them what to do and they will surprise

you with their ingenuity."

Lewis B. Ergen

One characteristic of the Team Building sessions is that the activities take place in a new environment, different from the workplace; this brings out to surface informal attitudes and behaviors and we are tempted to “let the guard down”, being authentic and interacting kindly with the others.

In order to reach the main objectives, the Team Building events must follow a clear structure and a program established from the beginning.
